So I bought Kaelyn about two months ago this Your Baby Can Read. Thinking that this would be something for her to stay out of trouble when I'm trying to get things done around the house plus make her a little smarter can't hurt right? So I see her do all the actions and pointing and repeating what they tell her she's done a really awesome job but anyways I just happen to catch her today telling the tv NO I will not touch my shoulder. NO I will not say toy. And so on. Then I walk back to my room not even two minutes go by and I hear her saying to the tv. I'm in charge here and I will say it when I want then they say on the tv "say zebra" so she says FINE I say zebra. So I can see she will be just a little strong headed I have absolutely no idea where she got this from but I can't wait to see how FUN school is gonna be!! I'm gonna say this is a Michael trait because I actually read my assignments in school unlike Michael who pretty much was just a smarty pants and didn't have to ever study or put any effort into anything. You know the type, just do whatever they want, never crack a book and still get a passing grade and not just any passing grade it would be a very nice passing grade, the one that starts with A and ends with +. I want that kind of mind!

We love it here in Cochise. We are officially inviting anyone who wants to come up and see us. The weather is perfect not to mention that Kaelyn is finally potty trained. Whoo Hoo and let's just say it's nothing short of a miracle since she was very stubborn about the whole thing. No really there is no understatement to this I had her potty trained in a day but after that she refused to go potty unless she was stripped down to nothing so we pretty much had a battle of wills. Let's just say she will make a great fighter someday and I'm looking forward to meeting the man that can even handle her if he's out there I wish him GOOD LUCK your gonna need it.

Well we are officially moved in sort of boxes are everywhere but are address it officially in Cochise. I love it here except for the fact that Michael isn't around much with the whole traveling back and forth but I'm getting used to it. ( I'm sure not exactly what he wants to hear!) The house is sort of done so I will figure out how to put my before and after photos on here in the next week of the house it looks tons better but we aren't done yet!!!

TyCee is my favorite sister because of all the things she does for me including watching my kids even when they slap her on the face. Kaelyn loves you ...... Is this heartfelt enough for you TyCee?
Ok so I'm sure as everybody already knows we are moving down to Cochise next month and so Michael and I have been down there like every weekend trying to get this house into shape to move into. So as Construction goes we (meaning Michael) just dump trash outside and then we'll just burn it later type deal. Well Kaelyn and I were watching Michael light the trash on fire. So were just sitting there (mind you we were prepared with the hose and stuff if it got out of hand) when this huge dust devil out of nowhere comes flying through the middle of our fire picks the flames up like a 100 feet in the air and just blows it in like four different directions. Yeah so at this point I jump off the truck running to find another bucket to help fight the fire. Anyways I left Kaelyn sitting on the back of the truck and then here comes the wind and blowes it maybe ten feet from the truck I freaked out ran over to her grabbed her by her head ( yes I know mean but it's the only thing I could grab quick enough) and threw her in the truck and moved it as far away as I could and still be able to see her. So at this point it's pretty much spread and we have NO handle on the situation so I'm throwing my stupid little buckets of water that aren't doing anything to help the situation. So of course I'm thinking could I back out now and leave Mike to explain to the fireman and the neighbors? (Ha just kidding honey I would never leave you.... I 'd come back when it was safe.) Mind you we have never met any of our neighbors that was on my to do list after we moved in, I'm thinking they might sign a petition to keep us out now!! Anyways so the fire guy (yes I mean GUY not GUYS, GUY) shows up and takes his sweet time starting the generator then like he has no muscle tries to pull out the hose. (ok let me take a second here and explain their "firetruck" it's a regular truck with a 10 gallon drumb of water on the back) So anyways my husband at this point I think is annoyed that there is only one guy and he doesn't seem to have a fire lit under him! So Michael grabs the hose and the guy drives around the property while my husband does the work. Gotta love the small town life. So in the process of all this Kaelyn is just sitting in the truck yelling MAMA fire get me. And of course I'm running in flip flops (see now that's an even funnier story because of the brush there I always wear shoes but I was in such a hurry that morning I forgot to put them on!) So yes just picture fat little Trista out of shape running for her life trying to save the property on flip flops AND shorts I might add. It was definetly a fun day. So we probably burned about 4 acres maybe more and here's the best part after I took Kaelyn back to the house where we were staying at TyCee and I look outside and they had called in Air support. Well all I can say is my husband really knows how to make an entrance! Luckly no structures were damaged and yes our neighbors still like us not sure about the Sheriff's department or the Fire department. TyCee had been joking earlier that she needed to come home with some good gossip because I had mentioned I wasn't feeling good she of course jumps to You're pregnant. But I just want TyCee to know that I hope she got her gossip fill with the fire! It was all for you! So when the bill comes I tell them to make that out to TyCee Julia Peters gossip queen.

Important News On Sexual Predators

Ok everybody I was watching Oprah the other day (Yes I know, apparently I have nothing to do) Well really I just saw the commercials about sexual predators and these computer sites ie My Space, Facebook and so on and so forth that have thousands of predators registered on there. Anyway one of the guests on the Oprah show was John Walsh, if you don't know who he is he's the host for America's Most Wanted and just recently found out who his son's killer was, also if you don't know the story he basically was taken from a department store over 30 years ago at the age of six and then I'm not sure how long before (I think a week) they found his decapitated head in a river about 120 miles away. Because of this, John Walsh and his family have been dedicated to making sure to educate people and also keep parents aware. Two years ago President Bush signed a law making sexual predators NO MATTER where they live register so that people are aware, there is a national list and state list. This year in July they are claiming there will be no more money for this anymore, but yet they have plenty of money to bail out Wall Street, the Auto Dealers and so on. Oprah is asking all of you to go to her website (Oprah.com) there is a letter already written just print sign and mail to your represenatives. This is very important if you have any children you know the value of staying on top of these things. Please take the time to either read up on this and write your own letter or go to Oprah.com and print one. It also goes into depth more if you have more questions about all of this at Oprah.com since my hisband swears I half listen sometimes (Only to him though Ha Ha). Let's keep our kids safe!!!! Please let anyone know who you think would like to participate. It's very important. Thank You All Love, Trista Bloomfield and Family

Ok I also forgot to mention that we got two new little puppies for Kaelyn to chase to little hearts content down in Cochise on these nine acres, their Queensland Heelers and she thinks she pretty cool that she's bigger than them she can pick them up and do with them what she pleases. I wonder who she gets that from.......
I am terrible at this blogging thing I can't even remember to post pictures I get to doing other things then totally forget so hopefully this will hold everyone over for a couple of days my cute little kids...... Well of course I'm partial! Just a few activites we've done together as a family.

My daughter picks up everything

So I am learning very quickly that these special little spirits will repeat anything you say. I catch Kaelyn off in the corner sometimes playing with her self thinking she isn't listening to me and I'll here her repeat things sometimes cute othertimes I should probably watch my mouth. I don't know if any of you have seen the movie Madagascar 2 but the other day I said I think Moto Moto and she turns around and says really loud, I might add "LIKES YOU." I was trying so hard not to laugh. We have this new thing now that if Kaelyn acts up she has to go to her room I no longer take her there I just point my finger and say Go to your room. So of course one day I was telling her to hand me the remote and stop playing with it. She wouldn't so I proceed to grab it from her which then she holds out her hand like she is telling someone to stop and says MOM go to your room!! I don't want to listen to you anymore! (Um, ok what do you say to that?, Of course sweethart and when I'm being really good and quiet do you promise to come get me out of my room?) The thinks that happen at my house. I suckered Michael into getting two little puppoes since we've decided to move onto these nine acres down in Cochise, we purchased a mobile home to live in while we save our money for a home and totally love it down there. We are excited to be able to have a garden and some cows and horses, along with two Queensland Heelers to keep the cattle in line. If your ever down in the Tucson area we are about fourty minutes past that we'd love to see our friends some out and visit us.

School is fully in session and if you don't already know Michael has switched his major to business and I went back to school this semester part time (Yeah I'm not sure what I was thinking taking on a newborn and two very involved classes) I decided to major in accounting and get a minor in business and if all goes well in the next few years I can transfer to one of the Arizona Universities when I get my Associates. Kaelyn is growing up fast and is becoming a little more onery to her brother ( I know I spoke too soon) she loves to go over and sit on him and get his attention and I'm not joking until he starts to cry or respond to her in some way she'll just sit there. Well I guess I can be glad for the fact that she is still sensitive enough that if she makes him cry she runs off to her room crying until she believes it's ok to come out. Well in other exciting news we've been approached with the opportunity to move to Cochise County and are headed up there to see if this is the right thing for us to do ( Originally wanted to pull a Bryant & April however Michael and I are terrible at keeping secrets when it comes to us) so we are letting everybody know that we might be moving in the next few months if we like what we see this weekend and of course if the man upstairs doesn't have any objections. We think this move could be good for us we'd be far enough away from both of our families to have to learn to rely a little better on just one another but also close enough to come see. And of course the small town idea alludes us a lot and there is a branch there which is kind of exciting we'll be a little more involved with the branch down there which we like. Well I shall keep you all updated and what the news is........

Ok so don't I have the cutest boys ever they are just as handsome as can be..... and of course they look like twins.....

So this was when Roo Roo was born (as Kaelyn calls him) she was more excited to see her little brother than concerned with where her mother was at, which was very suprising to us since the night before when we visited the hospital she saw me being hooked up and freaked out!!!
Ok so this is when we made meringue pies and she got into the meringue when I turned my back to go get the pies. I guess her and her mother forget that her skin is allergic to egg.
Well what can I say she loves her music especially if it's on her Mom and Dad's Ipod!!!

A little pumpkin carving fun.

Kaelyn loves her brother, too bad the feeling isn't reciprocated.

Just a quick picture of me and the kids one day.
